FreshSuites & Bar Dachau is committed to complying with the hygiene concepts “”Gastronomy”” and “”Accommodation”” of the German Federal Government, the German States and the Bavarian State Ministry with general safety and hygiene rules, organisational measures as well as protective measures for guests and staff.
WE PLACE PARTICULAR PRIORITY ON COMPLIANCE WITH ALL REGULATIONS AND MEASURES.
- Trained staff: Professional implementation of disinfection as well as appropriate measures in the event of a Covid 19 case.
- Multiple air changes in all public areas, restaurants and rooms.
- There is an obligation to maintain a minimum distance of 1.5 metres and to wear mouth-nose protection for guests and staff in all public areas.
- Availability of disinfectant dispensers for our guests in all public areas.
- Use of highly effective disinfectants from our partner cleaning company Ecolab.
- Commonly used surfaces (e.g. door handles) are cleaned particularly frequently.
- To enable contact tracing in the event of a subsequently identified COVID-19 case among guests or staff, your contact details may be passed on to the relevant health authorities on request. Your data will be kept separately for one month for this purpose.
WE ASK FOR YOUR COOPERATION:
- If you have had contact with a COVID-19 positive person in the last 14 days or have any respiratory symptoms, you will not be allowed to travel.
- Please keep a minimum distance of 1.5 metres from other guests and staff at all times.
- Cover your mouth and nose before you enter the building and while you are in the public areas of the building (restaurant, corridors, staircase, reception, lift).
- Make sure you observe other hygiene measures such as washing your hands thoroughly, disinfecting your hands, refraining from shaking hands and respecting sneezing and coughing etiquette.

- Please let us know your telephone or mobile number, home and billing address and date of birth before your arrival for an informal check-in.
- Our reception is currently only staffed by the hour. If you wish to check in outside our opening hours, you can use our Guerst Journey to process your check in as well as your check out. If you have any questions - we are there for you by phone or e-mail.
